— Technical mastery of mineral surfaces.
Luxury Concrete® is a Spanish manufacturer of microcement systems. Kuusdisain is the official LUXURY CONCRETE® reseller in Estonia — our microcement systems deliver a seamless finish for floors, walls and furniture without major construction work.

What is microcement?
Microcement — also known as micro-concrete, micro-topping, or a mineral coating — is a highly versatile polymer-modified cementitious coating that has transformed interior and exterior design. Just 1–3mm thin, it bonds directly to existing tiles, concrete, wood and most rigid surfaces, creating a seamless, grout-free result.
Luxury Concrete® is a Spanish manufacturer that controls the entire process from lab to factory to application. Every product is carefully formulated and tested for a consistent result. Kuusdisain is the official LUXURY CONCRETE® reseller in Estonia, supplying and installing their systems locally.
Luxury Concrete®'s product range — Concrete, Monocrete, Easycret, Concrete Pox, Limecrete and metallic finishes — together with nine colour collections, gives designers, architects and homeowners wide creative freedom: from raw industrial concrete to refined metallic finishes.
Microcement's thin application minimises the impact on existing structures during renovation. No demolition, no raised floor levels, no construction noise — microcement is applied directly over what's already there.
Microcement applications
Microcement floors
Concrete Floor, Monocrete Floor, Easycret Medium and Concrete Pox are all built for floor use. Durable, compatible with underfloor heating and available in a range of colours.
Microcement bathrooms
Luxury Concrete® systems create a seamless bathroom surface, waterproof when sealed, with no grout lines. Applied directly over existing tiles — no demolition needed.
Microcement worktops
Concrete Wall and Concrete Floor suit kitchen worktops. Heat resistant when sealed and available in a range of tones. A clean, seamless surface that's easy to maintain.
Outdoor microcement
Concrete Stone and Limecrete suit terraces, patios and walkways. Weather-resistant and slip-resistant finishes for outdoor use.
Microcement walls
Concrete Wall, Monocrete Wall, Limecrete and our metallic finishes all suit walls, each with its own character — from raw concrete to tadelakt or a metallic shimmer.
Microcement pools
Concrete Pool delivers waterproof, durable surfaces for the pool and its surrounds. Applied directly over existing pool tiles.
Key advantages
Versatility
Applicable to almost any surface — floors, walls, furniture, stairs and pools, including curved or irregular substrates.
Durability
High resistance to everyday wear, impact, staining and scratching.
7 colour collections
Colorcrete, True Metal, Oxid Metal, Gemstone, Glowing, Concrete Pox and Limecrete — each with its own character.
Waterproof
Naturally waterproof when sealed — ideal for bathrooms, showers, pool surrounds and kitchen worktops.
Minimal thickness
1–3mm total application. No significant change to floor level. No structural impact on the building.
Choice of systems
Two-component, one-component or ready-to-use — choose the system that fits the project.
Sustainable production
Luxury Concrete® produces as responsibly as possible, with a smaller ecological footprint.
Easy maintenance
Clean with pH-neutral products. Reseal every 3–5 years.
Technical process
Surface preparation
The substrate must be clean, dry, sound and level. Cracks are filled and movement joints addressed. Diamond grinding opens the surface pores for optimal adhesion. This is the most critical step.
Primer — Primacrete
The appropriate Primacrete product (ABS for absorbent surfaces, Plus for non-absorbent, Grip to roughen a smooth surface) is applied in one or two thin coats. Damp substrates use the IMPOXY® moisture barrier.
Base coat — the system's preparation product
The first microcement layer (e.g. Concrete Base, Monocrete Base or Easycret Basic) is applied with a stainless-steel trowel, spread evenly across the surface. This layer builds structure and depth.
Finish coat
The second and final layer (e.g. Concrete Wall/Floor, Monocrete Wall/Floor or Easycret Thin/Medium) is applied over the dry base coat. This determines the final colour, texture and smoothness.
Pre-sealer — Primacrete Finish
A pore-filling pre-sealer bridges the microcement and the final varnish coat, reinforcing hardness and evenness.
Sealing — Concrete Finish
The appropriate Concrete Finish varnish (WT, WT Max, One, DSV, WT Pool or Extra) is applied in a matt, satin or gloss finish. Provides waterproofing and long-term durability. The surface is usable 24–48h after the sealer cures.
Surface finishes
Luxury Concrete®'s final coat (the Concrete Finish range) is available in three sheen levels. The finish choice affects the surface's final look, sheen level and maintenance needs.
Matt
The most popular finish for luxury interiors. A flat, light-absorbing surface that emphasises texture and colour depth. Ideal for walls and residential floors.
Satin
A soft, medium-sheen finish that adds warmth and subtle brightness. The most versatile finish — suits floors, walls and worktops alike.
Gloss
High reflectivity for a bold, contemporary statement. Best for feature walls and reception areas where maximum visual impact is wanted.
